Second-graders take to crayon and paper to bring Kid Scoop back

When the Hillsboro Argus changed its format in April and dropped Kid Scoop, second-graders in Cheryl Hall's class did what countless readers have done before them: They wrote a letter to the editor. Each and every one of Hall's second-graders wrote a letter to Tom Maurer, Washington County manager for the Oregonian Media Group, asking for Kid Scoop to be reinstated.
