More newspapers save through PAGE Cooperative

PAGE Cooperative has announced the addition of four new members to the purchasing cooperative. These independently owned newspaper companies include Ogden Newspapers, Inc., with almost 50 newspapers; Adams Publishing Group (APG) that operates five divisions (APG Media of Chesapeake, APG Media of Minnesota, APG Media of Southern Minnesota, APG Media of Ohio, APG Media of Wisconsin) with more than 40 publications; Southern Community Newspapers Inc. that publishes six dailies and one weekly newspaper; and Korean Marketing with one daily and two weeklies.

PAGE Cooperative is a 30-year-old, not-for-profit, member-owned-and-governed purchasing cooperative that exists to help independently owned newspapers and their associated companies save money on supplies and services.

PAGE membership now includes 255 newspaper corporations with 600 daily newspapers and over 1,600 publications. The combined circulation of the daily newspapers alone approaches 10,000,000.

Currently PAGE offers its members more than 200 suppliers with special volume-sensitive pricing programs for all products, equipment, systems and services used by the print and online publishing industry.
