My Team Scoop web design: Responsive and widget-enabled!

Presteligence has released a newly designed My Team Scoop website that includes responsive design and widget-enabled integration.  

Rather than having a separate mobile site, users can now access the site via desktop, tablet or mobile device and get the same information in a manner that is easy to read and navigate without the need to resize pages.  Responsive design gives readers an optimal viewing experience based on their device.   The structure of the mobile site allows readers to access all of the same menus available on the desktop version including administration pages, story editing, as well as team and event management.  Options for the most popular pages are available within one click at the top of the page.   

In conjunction with making the site responsive, Presteligence disbanded segments of the site so that publishing partners could implement only the pieces and parts they desired into their mainline news site.  This widget-like integration allows media sites to incorporate the details of team schedules, rosters, stats and standings into their current website but use the My Team Scoop back end to input data.  Fans can still follow their favorite teams and players for up-to-the-minute notifications about score updates and news items. 

AIM Media Texas will launch My Team Scoop this upcoming school year catering to a combined 80 schools within its coverage area.  AIM Media Texas will use the responsive web design with separate sports-focused websites.
