Tara Ware joins LEAP Media Solutions

Tara Ware has joined LEAP Media Solutions as senior marketing analyst.  In her role, she is responsible for database design and integration, campaign reporting and analytics, marketing operations and client support.  She will report to Belinda Lush, executive vice president of client solutions and strategy. 

Ware began her career at the Lakeland Ledger in 2000 in customer service. In 2003 she moved into the role of circulation coordinator before being promoted to marketing campaign analyst for the New York Times Regional Media Group in 2007 and continued in this role with Halifax Media until August 2012.   Most recently, she served as senior marketing analyst with DataMentors, Inc., based in Wesley Chapel, Fla. 

In announcing the hire, Daniel Williams, CEO of LEAP Media Solutions, remarked: "We are thrilled to add someone of Tara's caliber and experience to the team.  I had the privilege to work with her during our time together at the New York Times Regional Media Group.  Her deep knowledge of circulation, audience and database marketing will provide immediate benefits to our client coalition."
 
Ware is a highly skilled data analyst, playing a key role in the DTI and MAAX implementations while providing marketing support and campaign management for more than 30 daily publishing companies.  During her career, she has developed automation processes, customer acquisition and retention programs, and standardization practices that have driven operational efficiencies and peak performance for newsmedia organizations. She will receive her Associates in Business Administration with a Specialization in Marketing in the spring of 2015 from Polk State College.
