With Election Day 2018 just two weeks away, McClatchy is making its journalists more accessible than ever to media outlets across the country. Three McClatchy newsrooms are now equipped with VideoLink's ReadyCam television studio systems. Leading journalists based at the Miami Herald, The Sacramento Bee and McClatchy's Washington bureau are now available for interviews to provide regional and national media outlets with on-camera insight and analysis for some of this election year's most high-stakes races.

McClatchy's ReadyCam studios offer broadcast-quality HD cameras, audio, lighting, interchangeable/electronic backdrops and IP-based transmission systems. The in-house broadcast capability also gives McClatchy the tools to produce live and pre-recorded media interviews on extremely short notice.

McClatchy journalists are now on standby for interviews – on election night and beyond – via ReadyCam studios.
