Print Quality Contest: Dates selected for evaluation

For newspapers that entered the SNPA Print Quality Contest:

Following are the instructions for sending the selected papers for evaluation in the 2019 SNPA Print Quality Contest.

Most important:  There is a new Alabama address that your papers need to be shipped to this year. If you did not receive the email from SNPA with this address, contact cindy@snpa.org for the information.

Send four copies of your papers – to arrive by June 28. Please ship them in a manner that can be tracked, in case they do not arrive.

For daily newspapers:

  • We want your newspaper from Tuesday, June 18.

 For non-daily newspapers:

  • We want your newspaper from Friday, June 10.

Marked newspapers and judges' evaluation forms will be mailed to all participating newspapers by Oct. 29.
