Meredith's television stations select TownNews.com for content and video management

TownNews.com to power Meredith Local Media Group’s web, mobile, OTT, live streaming initiatives

Meredith Corporation's Local Media Group has signed with TownNews.com for the content and video management of 17 television stations. Meredith's television group, based in Des Moines, Iowa, reaches more than 11 percent of U.S. households, with seven stations in the nation's Top 25 markets-including Atlanta, Phoenix, St. Louis and Portland – and 13 in the Top 50.

TownNews.com's full suite of digital tools and services will empower Meredith's stations to deliver video, live streams, editorial content and advertising to their web and mobile sites, OTT channels and social media platforms.

The new TownNews.com-powered websites are scheduled for launch later this summer and into the fall of 2018. Meredith's broadcast sites launching on the platform include:
