Fergus Falls Daily Journal sold to Wick Communications

Boone Newspapers, Inc. has sold The Fergus Falls Daily Journal to Wick Communications, according to John Cribb of Cribb, Greene & Cope who represented the Boone family in the sale.

"We believe a community's relationship with its newspaper is an essential part of maintaining a healthy and well-informed citizenry."

Wick Communications is a family-owned community media company with newspapers, websites, magazines and specialty publications in 10 states. The home office is in Sierra Vista, Ariz., and Wick publishes newspapers in Arizona, Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota and Washington. One of Wick's publications is The Daily News in Wahpeton/Breckenridge.
