UV color tower attracts higher-end advertisers
Posted
Breeze Newspapers, Inc., a group of paid and free weeklies around Fort Myers, Fla., added a UV color tower to accommodate a commercial printing client request to upgrade quality. Breeze then worked through ad opportunities for its own publications.
The result was the addition of advertiser wraps, multiple page glossy wraps and spadea coupon wraps – in addition to standard glossy tourism books and theme magazines.
Bill Nutting, vice president of Ogden Newspapers, says: "The glossy hooked and locked in a succession of key and higher-end advertisers – generating very significant revenue."
