Here's a solution for difficult coupon books
Posted
A coupon-targeting spadea wrap on the Sunday comics of the Wheeling (W.Va.) Intelligencer/News-Register was a reincarnation of an expensive-to-produce-and-handle coupon book that was getting tired.
This new format has been generating over $70,000 per year and is much more efficiently produced.
Bill Nutting, vice president of Ogden Newspapers, says: "We would not have been comfortable with a front-page spadea, so the comic section – used as a Sunday pre-pack wrap – was the ideal solution all around."
