Share your local marketing campaigns


Are you telling the positive story of the importance of your newspaper in your local community?  Then share it with your peers!

All of us recognize the need to market our brands as the most trusted source of local news and information.  Many of you are doing it well – others aren't doing it at all.  So let's learn from each other.

SNPA wants to help you access the best of the best when it comes to local marketing campaigns and what our members are doing to fight this battle. We are in the process of building a shared drive which will allow you to access and, more importantly, borrow from your fellow colleagues in the business. Please share copies of what you've done around the topic of promoting your business, along with contact information for potential follow-up by your colleagues.

If you have files that are too large to email (we'd love to include your marketing videos, for example):

  • Send a link to the video or other materials, if they are on your website.  
  • Or, send the video or other large files to through a Dropbox folder or something like YouSendIt.

These ideas will help SNPA and our members as we work to tell the positive stories of our industry and the critical role we play for readers and advertisers.
