Charlotte Wolfe named circulation director in Tupelo

Charlotte A. Wolfe has been named circulation director of Journal, Inc., Tupelo, Miss. She will be responsible for the circulation department at the Daily Journal in Tupelo and oversight of The Itawamba County Times.

Wolfe has 33 years experience with Journal, Inc., presently serving as associate publisher/community newspapers with oversight of The Itawamba County Times, Monroe Journal and Chickasaw Journal. She has worked in numerous capacities in the company including copy desk chief, managing editor and associate publisher/human resources. She grew up in the newspaper business, working alongside her mother at the weekly paper in her hometown of Holly Springs.

She has a B.A. in music education from Harding University and a B.A. in journalism from the University of Mississippi. She serves on the board of directors for the MSU-Itawamba Extension Service and president of the board of directors for the Itawamba Animal Shelter. She is a member of Bean's Ferry Church of Christ.

Armour was named general manager of The Itawamba County Times. He was news coordinator of The Times and brings 13 years of experience to the job. In his new role, he will oversee the day-to-day operations of the newspaper.
