Strategic partnerships help SNPA members save money, grow revenue
SNPA has established strategic partnerships with seven companies that will help its member newspapers cut costs, grow revenue, and access essential benchmarking data. Additional partnerships are in development to further expand the program.
If a newspaper takes advantage of any one of these services, the newspaper can save more money every year than it spends on SNPA dues, said Executive Director Edward VanHorn. It quite literally pays to be a member of SNPA.

While one company is still working on details of its offer to SNPA members, the other companies have announced their programs:
SNPA has established a partnership with AdCellerant that will provide exclusive FREE training and Google certifications to employees of SNPA member newspapers. AdCellerant is an ad tech/digital marketing managed solutions startup based in Denver, Colo.
SNPA's partnership with AdCellerant will allow association members to have free access to several Google trainings, including Academy for Ads. These are training modules across a variety of different Google platforms, including AdWords, Google Analytics, Mobile, Video, eCommerce, etc.
In addition, SNPA members can achieve Google Certifications for their entire organization – for both sales and operations. This will help their employees increase their knowledge of digital sales, generate additional revenue for their newspapers, bolster their LinkedIn profiles, and establish increased credibility in the marketplace.

This strategic partnership with GateHouse Media offers SNPA member newspapers access to quality editorial and content services – at a 15 percent discount.
The GateHouse Center for New & Design creates original content, including special sections, theme and feature pages, info-graphics, cartoons and illustrations. The Center's Community Content division offers efficient re-writes of user-submitted content, including press releases, letters to the editor and calendar event listings.
The program offered by LEAP Media Solutions will provide a monthly audience key performance indicator report allowing publishers to measure their audience initiatives against industry benchmarks and develop capabilities to target and monetize audiences.
